First of all, thank you for your order !
The average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days for Belgium and 5 to 7 business days for the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, and France for products in stock after receipt of payment and order acceptance.
For items made to order or out of stock, the delivery time may vary.

Unfortunately, we advise you to wait for the call or email confirming your order before going to the store. It's possible that the store may not have all the items in your order. Therefore, it's always best to wait for confirmation from the order picker.
If an item received does not match your order or does not meet your expectations, please contact us promptly.
As each situation may be different, our team will assess your request on a case-by-case basis in order to offer you the most suitable solution (replacement, refund or other).
We will simply ask you to go directly to one of our nearest stores with the item in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice or delivery note.
Certain exceptions may apply, particularly for food products or items sealed for hygiene reasons.

First of all, we apologize for your problem. At Bruyerre, we do everything we can to pack your items in the best possible way so that they arrive in their original condition.
Please ensure you send us your claim within 7 days of receiving your package. After this timeframe, B-Post will be unable to open your case and we will unfortunately be unable to process your refund.
In order to process the refund request, we need to open a file with the B-Post service.
To process your refund, we need certain photos of the package:
- Photos of the packaging, on which the barcode is clearly visible
- Photos of the package contents
- Photos of the packaging, inside and out, taken from different angles
With these photos, your application will be complete and a file can be opened.
If you know your delivery day, you must therefore place your order no later than noon the day before.
For example, if you are receiving your delivery on Tuesday, you must place your order by Monday noon at the latest.
