Prerequisites
- Preparation time : 15 minutes
- Cooking time (coulis) : 5 minutes
- Resting time : 4 hours
- Serves : 4
- Utensils needed : Pan, Whisk, Verrines, Bowl, Blender and Fine strainer
Ingredients

50 cl of full-fat single cream
- 60 g of sugar

1 vanilla pod (or 1 tsp. vanilla extract)
- 3 gelatin sheets (6 g)
For the coulis :
- 250 g of red berries (fresh or frozen)
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice

Preparations
1. The cream
- Soften the gelatin in a bowl of cold water (10 minutes)
- In a saucepan, heat the cream, sugar, and vanilla. Stop when it begins to simmer.
- Off the heat, add the drained gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into glasses, let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
2. The coulis
- Heat the berries with the sugar and lemon for about 5 minutes.
- Blend and strain the coulis.
2. Dressing
- When ready to serve, coat the panna cotta with the coulis and garnish with a few fresh fruits.
