Ingredients

80 g of Flour
- 60 g of Cold butter, cut into cubes
- 60 g of Brown sugar
- 40 g of Crushed hazelnuts
- 8 to 10 fresh, ripe figs
- 1 Sachet of vanilla sugar
Chef's tip : This crumble can be enjoyed warm with vanilla ice cream or cold with Greek yogurt.

Preparations
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted).
- Prepare the figs : wash them, cut them in half or into quarters depending on their size, then arrange them in the mold (or ramekins). Add a drizzle of honey if desired.
- Prepare the crumble : In a bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter with your fingertips until you get a sandy texture. Stir in the crushed hazelnuts.

Assembly : Spread the crumble mixture over the figs.
- Cooking : Bake for 25–30 min, until the top is golden and crispy.
