150 g Chorizo (soft or strong, according to taste)
- 150 g Grated cheese (emmental, comté or cheddar)

200 g Flour
- 1 Bags of baking powder
- 3 Eggs
- 10 cl Neutral oil (sunflower or rapeseed)
- 12,5 cl Milk
- Salt, pepper
For a softer texture, use whole milk which will provide more softness thanks to its fat.
Preparations
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted).
- In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
- Add the eggs, oil, and milk, then whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the grated cheese.
- Cut the chorizo into small cubes and add them to the dough.
- Season lightly (be careful, the chorizo and cheese are already salty).
- Pour the mixture into a greased and floured cake mold.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, until the cake is golden brown and cooked through (test with the tip of a knife).
- Let cool before removing from the mold.
